Our foundation, led by a diverse team of BIPOC queer leaders, is dedicated to empowering Trans+ individuals, with a particular focus on supporting Black, Latinx, and immigrant communities. Established in memory of Keith Smalling, a remarkable young transgender woman who passed away from HIV at the age of 17, we provide comprehensive support through medication access, counseling, and essential resources.
Through our EmpowerCare Initiative, we offer culturally competent programs specifically designed to address the unique needs of QTBIPOC (Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) community members, ensuring accessible healthcare and support services.
The EmpowerCare Initiative provides access to essential medications, dietary supplements, counseling, and support services. We create safe spaces where Trans+ and transgender youth can receive holistic care and build a supportive community.
24/7 support available for Trans+ and transgender youth seeking healthcare assistance

The Keith Smalling AIDS Foundation has been life-changing for me. Having access to free HIV medications and a supportive community has given me hope. The counseling services helped me accept myself and stay strong.
Finding the EmpowerCare Initiative was a turning point in my journey. The nutrition support and mental health counseling have made such a difference. I'm healthier now, both physically and emotionally, thanks to their comprehensive care.
